I bought this case so I would have a sturdier one than the cardboard for my fetal models. I was a bit wishy-washy at first, because it says it only comes with the aluminum case, but it came with everything but the models! -baby powder -foam for fetal models -blanket covering the foam -set of keys (the box can lock!!!) -English and Spanish Display cards -cleaning instructions -and (of course) the carrying case (the case has a handle, a lot easier to carry than the cardboard, and it is also smaller bulk-wise) This is definitely worth the buy if you have to carry your models any place and just need a better box. My only concern was that there was not a fitted foam piece in the top but corrugated type material, and I was afraid it might squish my models. However, there is a solid 1.5-2 inches of space, the foam just keeps them from moving around, etc. Definitely worth the buy! Not only does it make carrying them more convenient, but it makes you feel professional with your briefcase!
