Statistics show that many, many men and women who abort their child eventually come to regret that decision, sometimes with deep grief and remorse. Unfortunately, society tells them that their abortion was no big deal, but in their heart of hearts they know that it was/is. The brochures A New Beginning and Father No More are excellent resources to set grieving parents on the road to recovery. I especially like that the brochures list typical post abortive feelings and common reactions to them. It has to be reassuring to know that what they are going through is normal, and that with help and forgiveness from God and from themselves, they can start life anew. Another plus: Father No More also lists places to go to seek healing.

I agree this could be used for sidewalk counseling after the women exit the clinic. All the major healing issues/stages are discussed, and I think lots of women would put it in their nightstand and come back to it months or years later, once they're beyond the shock and the survival mode just after the abortion, and their deeper grief surfaces. It's very Christian in its language, so you may want to discern if it's appropriate for a given lady or not. (The theological language is very Protestant and may ring a bit strange to Catholic women or those who practice other religions.)Too bad there's no resource listing on the back - they should at least add a list of a few good websites for whoever might desire more help on the healing journey.
